Dustless Sandblasting Services

Dustless Sandblasting: Your business is our business.

You don’t want our team getting in the way, making a mess, driving away customers, or irritating employees- we get that. That’s why our extensive training programs guarantee professional sandblasters trained to minimize time and maximize efficiency while respecting you and your clients.

We use a Graco Eco Blaster to ensure the highest quality results and less mess.

  • Generates less dust – 92% less airborne dust than dry blasting
  • Uses less water than traditional water-based wet-blasting
  • Water captures the debris making it easy to contain and clean
  • Optimizes air, water, and media ratio – resulting in a fine mist with a blast that is powerful, but with less dust
  • Uses less media than wet blasting, so clean-up is minimal and you save on media costs
  • No toxic chemicals or dust plumes, meaning it can be used in areas with strict environmental regulations and rules

Abrasive Blasting vs. Sand Blasting

Abrasive blasting is a general term that involves propelling abrasive materials against a surface for tasks such as cleaning, shaping, or preparing it for coating. Sandblasting is a subset of abrasive blasting that specifically uses sand as the abrasive medium. However, due to health and environmental concerns associated with sand (silica dust), modern abrasive blasting often employs alternative and safer abrasive materials, expanding its applications beyond traditional sandblasting.

What is Soda Blasting?

Soda blasting is a method that uses high-speed particles of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) propelled by compressed air to remove contaminants and coatings from surfaces. Sodium bicarbonate is non-hazardous, environmentally safe, water-soluble, and offers an efficient and gentle cleaning process. With a Mohs hardness of 2.5, it is considered a relatively soft abrasive in the industry.
